Delete your data

Kwispel has no accounts, so there is no account to delete — but you can remove everything the app has stored, at any time, in either of these ways.

In the app

Delete a single entry: open the calendar or health log, swipe the entry and choose Delete.
Delete a pet and everything recorded for it: Profile → select the pet → Edit → Delete pet.
Remove everything: delete the app from your iPhone, then erase the stored data via Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Kwispel → Delete data from iCloud.
If you shared a pack, leaving or deleting the pack also removes your access for the other members.

By email

Prefer that we handle it, or want written confirmation? Email [email protected] from the address you want us to reply to, with the subject “Delete my data”.

Because your pet data lives on your own device and in your own iCloud, we cannot delete it remotely — we will send you the exact steps for your situation and confirm what we hold on our side, which is limited to anonymous usage statistics. We reply within 30 days and normally within two working days.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous usage statistics (fixed event names tied to an app installation ID) may remain in Google Firebase Analytics; ask us and we will exclude your installation from collection.
