1. About Kwispel

Kwispel is an iOS app by Netkreatives (Belgium) for keeping track of your dog's health and care. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Not veterinary advice

Kwispel is a tool for recording and organising — it is not a vet. The app makes no diagnoses, gives no medical advice and sets no doses. If you have any doubt about your animal's health, always consult a vet. In an emergency, do not wait on an app.

3. Paid access

  • Kwispel is a paid app with a 7-day trial on the yearly plan.
  • Review the purchase details shown before you decide.

4. Purchases on the web

If you buy your subscription on our website instead of in the app, that purchase is governed by the purchase terms at /start/terms/ — including price, renewal, cancellation and your 14-day right of withdrawal. These terms of use continue to apply to your use of the app.

5. Your data

Your data remains yours and lives on your device and in your own iCloud; see the privacy policy. You are responsible for backups (keeping iCloud sync enabled is normally enough) and for who you give access to a shared pack.

6. Fair use

You use the app as intended and do not attempt to abuse it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or infringe the rights of others (for example through photos you upload in a shared pack).

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Netkreatives is not liable for indirect damage or damage arising from decisions about your animal's care or health that you take on the basis of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may adjust features and these terms; for material changes we note the new date at the top. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

9. Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are heard by the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
