How does a vaccination appear in the vet report?
The Vaccination history section lists every vaccination in the chosen period with its date and the note you wrote. If you put the vaccine’s name in the note, the name is in the report too.
The report does not choose vaccines and does not say which ones are still needed. It only shows what you logged.
