Kwispel vs DogLog: which shared dog log suits you?
Kwispel and DogLog are both shared logs for your dog: you record meals, walks, medication and symptoms, and other people log with you. DogLog adds an Android app and a feed built for dog walkers and sitters. Kwispel is an iPhone app with a fixed daily check-in, walks with a GPS route and a PDF report for the vet.

Where DogLog is stronger
- AndroidDogLog also has an Android app. Kwispel runs on iPhone only, so someone with an Android phone cannot log with you.
- Walkers and sittersDogLog is built for a dog walker or sitter to add activities and photos, with a feed where you can like and comment. Kwispel has no feed; a sitter gets a one-off handoff or joins your pack.
- StatisticsDogLog mentions a Statistics page with insights about your dog’s life. Kwispel shows weekly and monthly counts on the Health tab.
Where Kwispel is stronger
- The same questions every daySix items on the same five-step scale plus poop and pee, so one day can be compared with the next.
- A report ready for the consulting roomA PDF with medication, symptoms, weight, vaccinations and your questions, opening with a line saying it holds logged facts only.
- No separate accountEverything is stored in your own iCloud; there is no Kwispel account to create.
Who should pick which?
Pick DogLog if anyone at home or your dog walker uses Android, or if you mainly want to see what the walker did today. Pick Kwispel if everyone has an iPhone and you want to note how your dog is doing in the same way every day, with a report you can hand straight to the vet.
